About birth certificates in the sims

Is there a way to create birth certificates without needing to go to the hospital? Ideally it would be perfect if I could click in a sim and create the birth certificate for that sim. Unfortunately I've lost some of the birth certificates of my sims and I really wish I could make them again.

    You could buy a new copy in debug mode, but I doubt that you can customize it for a particular Sim. It'll just be a generic one that says "The writing appears to have faded away.".
