Activate MOO before placing lot?
I`ve found a really nice house in the gallery but it says to activate MOO before placing but i cant get the cheats to work i think its why the stairs keep disappearing during gameplay, do i have to go...

You need to press CTRL+Shift+C to open the cheats window then you need to type bb.moveobjects on in the cheats window and then hit ENTER. After that you can place your lot and objects that were placed with this cheat on should stay in place.
