I'm right there with you on wanting height adjustment for sims in the game. Conan Exiles has this in character creation, in the form of a slide bar. Conan Exiles was fully launched on May 08, 2018. And it's height slider bar has been in the game ever since then. I have been playing Conan Exiles since 2018, and have yet to see problems with the different heights between characters in the game. So I know that it can work in a sandbox game. But the question is, will it work in The Sims? And there's only one way to find that out and that's by testing it out in the game. We do know that sims that are taller have no problems with hugging sims that are shorter than them through the interaction of older sims hugging sims that are children.
