How do I manage emotions when I want to punch my childhood teddy bear and tear the dollhouse apart?

General advice on emotion management: take a nap. While you're napping, you won't feel any emotions besides being asleep. If the mood persists after a nap, extend your nap. This is especially useful when you feel like the emotions are killing you (yeah, we all have been there).
Or, and this might sound terrifying, find a cowplant to eat you. Don't worry, you'll be spit out with your emotions managed, but don't repeat it before two days are up.
Or finally, follow your dreams and wants... Eventually, you can get a special potion that erases your negative emotions and fills your needs. To be honest, I'd really want one now: I need some energy. Too bad I wasted those points on Iron Bladder reward...
