Advice regarding Vampire career needed, please

Vampires can use umbrellas during the daytime to help with that still can't they? (i know there will be times where they will put the umbrella away if need the use of their hands) I'd say doing either career would be good though a doctor is always a safer bet, but usually in the detective career you're usually not outside for too long at times.
