Aliensim hybrids

Yes, there are hybrids. They have a chance of inheriting alien skintones, eyes, etc., as well as alien abilities, but they are unable to disguise themselves like regular aliens can. The only hybrid Sim I have looks fully human and doesn't have any of the special alien interactions besides the secret handshake, but I've seen pictures of hybrids that look more alien than human.

Rose gave you all the information you need, but in regard to what they look like, here's a shot of my Roland. He's a hybrid alien sim who only inherited his mother's skintone and a few alien socials.

They are a lot of fun and really diverse. You can make them look almost human (like elves actually) to totally out of this world.

Roland is very nice! @Ceres_Meiriona :) Your first female alien is very pretty! The black and green colour of the hair, lipstick and necklace of your second female alien looks great!

You can make them look elvish. He's my glamfellen via alien genetics. The only piece of CC is the ears.

Those sims have zero CC on them. That's maxis default skintone and alien ears/eyes right there. <3
You can make your own aliens with flesh toned skins via a lot of trial and error in genetic breeding, OR you can download one of the many aliens on the Gallery who have "human" maxis skintones and then randomize the facial and body structures so you can craft your own in CAS. The Gallery route is a lot easier, but I went the genetic way because I didn't think it was actually possible. (Totally argued with someone about it for an embarrassing amount of time. LOL) I was dead wrong, as it's totally possible. >.< Had to see it for myself, though. LOL

There are a lot of neat aliens on the Gallery (CC Free). Just search using the "elf" hashtag. I have a few ESO styled Altmer and Bosmer ESO style elves on my Gallery, but there are some really neat WoW and Forgotten Realm styled elves on the Gallery by other players too.
