My Sim just aged up to a teen and I gave him the computer skill (forgot what its called) he's a full blown geek, but man he aged to a very nice handsome teen! I had him work a lot on his motor skills when he was still a child, like the monkey bars and the pool, so when he aged up to a teen, he has a nice six pack.
