I'm trying the Making Money scenario, and thought it would be fun to have my super flirty sim (Scarlet) try to seduce Emit Relevart. They are now good friends.
Honestly, I am going to wait about a week before I post how successful I was or wasn't, as I don't want to spoil other's attempts by my results. I will encourage others to try it out though.
I think he will disappear once the event is over. Make sure to take pictures to have stories to tell the grandkids. 😆
My sim is destined to end up with Emit. ❤️
So I will definitely try to get some romance going. I plan to add him to the household before the event ends just in case EA wants to delete him.
On a side note : I love his name. I never tried to read it backwards in the sims 3. Plus Emit reminds me of Emmett, as in doc Emmett Brown.
I had my sims try to flirt with him but he rejected romantic boundaries apparently.I he they upload his sim on the gallery.
Sims team please let us keepEmtit in the game.

Otherwise he might have met Olive Specter and ended up like poor Emily Parcel 😇
well... he is a time traveler. Maybe he doesn't want to risk the timeline by being romantic (shrug)
I'm kind of surprised by the responses in this thread. I guess my game must be bugged. It took a few tries but the Emit in my save was open minded about some flirting and kissing.
I took a quick look at him in CAS by adding him to the family but I quit without saving. Then returned to the game and without any cheating or adding to the family and got to this result. Maybe that changed him.
I love that my immedate thought upon seeing this turqouise man was, "but what do his kids look like?"

I am enjoying this event. I made sim ME,
and created a new world, just for the event. When I had finished this weeks quests, I went back to Magnolia Park to see if Emit was there and he was. I invited him to come to my sims home, but he did not. I see that sim ME, has a little more work to do.
My sim ME is named Jackie Blue (after the song by the Ozarks Daredevils, since my name is Jacquie and I live in the Ozarks 😁). I will put her on the gallery tonight for downloading if anyone wants to download my sim.
