So I just took a look at my sim's list of collectibles and it's 0. This is the same sim I've been playing since the very beginning and she'd collected a lot of items. I recently moved her out on her own and then back into the family house. Could this be the reason why she lost all her collectible stats? I still have most of the items she collected, liked the 12 eggs, all of the insects and frogs stored in those little chests we won in last year's spooky challenge.

When you move a sim from their household, it can cause them to lose their collections progress. I am sorry :(
Try placing the collectibles items that she still has back into her inventory, and that will help to restore the collectibles status for those items.
Ooh thanks Rose! I just had her harvest the garden and all those showed back up so I'll try with the rest of the stuff I still have.
