am i the only that thinks the sims 4 looks empty?

the reason i think the sims 4 is like this to me at least is because the game feels like not alot of love and care was put into it like previous sims games. the dlc always feels rushed and they rehash alot of content with small changes and overall i just feel like there wasnt alot of care put into it like the sims 3 where i can see that the devs really made everythink with care although yes they did rehash content especially on the store but it was better made
