I have never made any animation mods as of yet, but they are a rather time-consuming mod to make. Is this a project that you intend to make yourself or are you asking the mod community to create one for you? If I have time, I can research the process and make it for you if I can, but I'm knee-deep in another project atm. But I can ask other modders if they would be interested!
Honestly, I was just wish-listing for things I'd like to see officially added to the game. Not that I'm opposed to mods. I'm a fan of mods, but I'm certainly no coder.
