At this point I'm confused what the bug fixing team even does? Do they only have one person working on bugs or something as months keep passing yet not a single one of the biggest issues are getting fixed no matter how many people are complaining about them

I have no idea, It can't be a large team. I highly suspect that they don't get paid for bug fixing so other things get prioritized.

They have a large QA team (almost 100 people according to credits) but there is no way they work with bug fixing.
