agree, I'm not sure we will see another EP this year. we had to wait so long for some of them, plus like you said we are overdue GP, the last one was at the end of February. we in October now, plus no stuff pack since march either.
I would bet a game pack and a stuff pack first. will see, not even jumping on this 2ND 2018 expansion pack bandwagon.

One good reason is that EPs are the only packs that get actual boxes for in-store sales, even though the box only contains the activation code. GPs and SPs don't. For the big holiday shopping seasons, EP boxes have the added advantage of being a tangible item to wrap and go under the tree. That's why prior to this year, we usually saw EPs in the fall. Seasons broke the trend -- now apparently we can see them at any time. With the reorganization earlier this year, combined with the poor reception of MFP Stuff, maybe they're rethinking their strategies and focusing more on EPs, especially if they're working on themes that are too big for GPs.
