that trash they sell needs no extra advertising and people need to stop pretending its edible.

sure they could add some diner style furnitures and such for like stuff pack worth id be down with the style but i really don't want them to support any of those real chains with sims 4 and add some horrible over realistic logo things

im half and half about ikea cause i have the fear it would just be normal basic furniture with ikea stamp and I don't like ikea as furniture style like its ugly(too boring modern)

aside from like making custom shelf things or those big fabulous modular couches (which arguably would be super useful build additions and id love it even if its brand collab)

like i feel like the stuff in collab pack would have to be mega useful and asked tons by community to be really good pack despite being collab

also personally i wouldnt mind jurassic park or something but thats cause i like dinosaurs and death so id find it rather useful + jurassic park doesnt have super deep lore/plotline to throw people off

I think they should just give up with brand collabs, they've tried it 3 times in Sims 4 and each time it's gone down like a lead balloon. (Moschino, MAC and Star Wars). Moschino was the most successful of the 3 but people only like that because of the photography stuff rather than the clothes (which is ironic given it's a clothing brand).

I'd like to see them focus on sims lore and bringing sims nostalgia rather than other games nostalgia. I remember in earlier games they had a whole story about Morcucorp which they carried throughout different games and packs. They also have MySims figures in game which I think is pretty sweet.

If they do reference other brands I think it should be more subtle and have their own twist on it. For example Jungle Adventure and World Adventures are heavily inspired by Tomb Raider but it's not an in your face ad for the game.

And totally out there and on the verge of the impossible - A Fawlty Towers collaboration - A hotel with very difficult guests, a snobby owner - and a very clumpsy waitor

I would love an Ikea pack like we had in Sims 2, but with gameplay too. Also meatballs. I'd be totally here for a superheroes pack, and if it takes a collaboration's outreach to other communities to fund that, I'm fine with that.

To be honest, I don't really like collabs, but I suppose a collab with a popular food, hotel or clothing brand wouldn't be too bad. If you mean films/books though, then I'm even less keen. I prefer packs to be more broad to support versatile storytelling/gameplay. I'm also not really into many popular franchises like Marvel and yes Star Wars. If I had to choose though, perhaps a Lord of the Rings or Discworld pack could be fun? I would still prefer not to have collabs though, especially while there are still many missing popular features in TS4.

Same here. I'd be more interested in brand collabs if they improved features & gameplay.

With any collab, the other party thinks they will get something from the deal. Whether it's H&M, Katy Perry or Star Wars, somebody agreed, consulted lawyers, signed contracts and got money. Drew Carey and Baby Ariel didn't just happen.

If they can collaborate with Star Wars then I’m wanting a dragon age pack.... I’d so sink my cash into that :p
