Any other long time players just now learning to enjoy Sims 4?

Played Sims since 1, own everything for 2&3. 4 came out and I played the free trial. Hated it. Ignored it for a year until Get to Work came out, bought the base and that and tried again. Hated it. Ign...

I'm a long timer and i have always really liked 4. I hated 3 and never could get into and didn't invest past the base game. 4 always felt closer to 2 for me.
