Any other way to turn into a vampire?
So, for some odd reason, Vlad is no longer a vampire in my current game, i tried adding some new vampires and i guess they dont have the power to turn Sims into vampires. is there another way to turn?

If the vamps you create don't have the power to turn it is likely you will have to level them up a bit (bit, get it? Sorry) to get that particular perk.
