Anyone else concerned by the way Sims 4 is being broken up and sold?

This been happening since Patio Pack.. in the past Hotubs&Butlers came in EPs.. but now they come in Stuff Packs. But nobody but me batted an eye about it until now. I did try to warn people about it but it like I was the Greek Cassandra
