Anyone else getting browser ads related to their sims' lives these days?

The other day my sims went on a couple of dates and one of them worked on his university degree. That evening, some browser ads popped up on my computer for dating sites, and for-profit universitie...

In my experience you don't always have to search for a topic to get adds. I sometimes think my phone is listening in and shows adds and search suggestion on things I have said or even adds I have seen. Some people say this is not true but I have experienced enough weird coincidences to think this can happen. Maybe you talked about those topics out loud?
