Anyone else got this glitch?

Hi everyone has anyone got the glitch again when Bonehilda appears as a woman and not a skeleton have been playing with the Paranormal stuff again and my sim summoned Bonehilda and she appears like a living sim 😂 just wondering if it is the glitch rearing it’s ugly head again. I don’t have any mods or CC. Any help would be appreciated 😊
