- logionX5 years agoLegendI like that they showcase all the activities as you said but I have never been a fan of the new art style that they have on their covers, I think it looks a bit flat and some almost give me uncanny valley vibes because they look like a mix of a drawing and the actual game's 3D art. I think this face for example looks almost creepy tbh.

But there is less of that in this cover, I think most sims look okay on the Snowy Escape cover so I guess it depends... - I'm neutral.
- SimmerGeorge5 years agoSeasoned AceI dislike the new colors but I really like that you can now tell more about the gameplay than with the previous box art. I actually like the new ones more, however the last physical copy of a Sims game I bought was in 2015 with Get to Work so I guess I don't really have much to say :lol:

Honestly.. I like the new style. I liked the old style too. And I only buy digital download versions and never gave any more than a passing glance haha so I don't feel like it would matter to me if I didn't like them either. - I hope they‘ll continue with this style of artwork for EPs! It shows all the new features very nicely

I mean it isn‘t perfect, especially those flashy colors and random patterns are weird, but it‘s still an improvement from the other Sims 4 covers that just have a group of Sims on it standing around without context
