Well I'm not I could be wrong this might be interesting, but this is just not my playstyle.This seems more fitted for a smaller pack .Not a big pack.I hope people who like this can enjoy it.But right...

I didn't play this game up until they added toddlers. It was totally unplayable for me with so little family gameplay.
I still never played it now. I tried the free trial. Not impressive!
Yep, you basically really need all of the packs to enjoy it the same way you would have enjoyed TS3 base game.
The sad thing is the previous games you could enjoy them with just the base. TS2 and TS3 where classed as bare compared to the previous complete versions but it was not long before new content started being released for them. By the second EP both games really took off and that is not including Stuff Packs. TS3 of course also have the CAW tool which was huge at the time.
With TS4 I have seen complaints going every time new content does get released. This is after more than five years so the game should be the most complete of them all. No one was complaining about the lack of content in any of the previous games one year on from release let alone five and a half years.
