I get what he is saying but when you are ordering food you usually have an idea of what the next appetizer is going to be. Even eating at someone’s house you have an idea of what they are cooking. This is where I have issues.
Depends on the person I think. I mean if you can pay for an expensive restaurant yeah that is the case because of a planned menu. Sometimes I have had a surprise. My mom was always to make something using what we had into some creative dish and was always diverse. Like spaghetti lasagne we had one time which was yummy. So I would always come to dinner shocked at her creative dishes and snacks.
