Are "no work" holidays supposed to take away my work vacation days???

So, winterfest is on a Thursday and my sims normally work on Thursdays. Of course, this is a "no work/no school" holiday and they did not go to work, were never prompted to, never made any calls to ca...

I think it would be nice if we could accumulate holiday days in addition to vacation days at work, so then you could use your holiday day if you still have any left, but if not you’d use a vacation day. This wouldn’t fix not being able to have your kids off all summer but it would fix being able to be off for whichever holiday you want your sim off for without using up all your vacation days.
