I have family members and friends who are all working from their homes. And yet they are able to finish their work in a timely fashion while home schooling their children along with performing the tasks that come with having jobs and families. The teams have been working remotely for a while now, and I was patient while the team members set up their home offices and settled into this new norm we are dealing with. When it comes to performing day to day work-related tasks while confined to one's home, it is every team member's responsibility to make sure a specific time is set aside for work. If they have the time to post to Twitter and Instagram, and watch Spark'd episodes, they should have time enough to work on the game they created. But even before COVID-19 came into our lives, the teams were slow to fix the bugs and issues that plague Sims4. And my compassion is reserved for the players that are stuck at home and are looking at Sims4 to help them pass the time. Many of them are alone and cut off from family and friends. My compassion is reserved for them, and for anyone dealing with a family member ill with this virus. My husband and I have had to live apart for two weeks twice now since February because he has had to travel for business reasons. I know this is a tough time as well as anyone. But COVID-19 has never been used as an excuse to not do work-related tasks, or to ignore our responsibilities.
