Are vampires bugged from the patch?

I heard people saying here not to play vampires because the patch reset their power, is that true? I mean they just fixed the relationship bug but left vampires out? My game is updating right now an...

Your guess is as good as mine. I'd be more optimistic about the timing except for there being an EP drop tomorrow, which will no doubt be the team's priority. If I had to venture a wager I'd tell you to buckle up for a long road. This may be awhile.
