MCC basically is a program or "app" (as it's called these days, short for application program) that makes the testingcheat codes user-friendly. A menu rather than having to type in each code.
So like the difference between DOS and Windows. (Not that anyone would know what that means anyways. Windows is still running on DOS) :p
