Are your Sims able to cheat and have affairs on the console?
Every time I try they get rejected even as best friends. It seems like you can't have but one boy/girlfriend at one time. Tried with multiple Sims in steady relationships. Version PS4.

No it's possible, my Sim in my 100 Baby Challenge got caught cheating once, she's dated more than one guy at the same time, though I don't believe they were ever listed as boyfriend/girlfriend. I'm on PS4 as well.
