no it wouldn't, but there is always going to be that nagging voice in the back of one persons head who wants to know who that person is and if they can be trusted around their spouse. trust is important in a relationship or even a friendship, so it wouldn't hurt if the wife and husband were honest about their friends and if it's made clear then there isn't an issue because they trust each other on the matter.
