All I can say is they did for Freeplay. Babies there remained exactly the same in their cribs. But you could now take them out and do a limited amount of things with them. You could feed them in a nursery chair, change them on a changing table, put them in a bouncer, or on a play mat. If you put them on the floor, they could crawl and play with a toy.
