I find it very confusing if I play with free will on high for active sim. They tend to rush off to do something random on the other side of the lot, or on another floor of the building. And then when I cancel their action they might already be too close to the staus, and it feels like wasting one hour of their day to get them back to what I wanted the sim to do, such as communicate or build a skill. I love to be able to have everyone else but my active ssim on free will though.
