best neighborhood to play seasons in?

I dont have many of the other packs so I am limited to neighborhoods if I exclude the ones that dont get snow. What is the best neighborhood to start a new family in and get all the seasons?

I'm currently in Brindleton Bay and am absolutely loving it! I can't want to see what Winter looks like in San Myshuno though!
