So many places, so little time. I agree, that's the true lure of immortality...
Looking forward to your works! As for something specific, hmm. It's hard to choose a favorite. I do already have some Egyptian lots in my game, so perhaps either a Mayan or Cambodian structure. Something for the jungle, maybe? I need to return for another adventure. 💚💀 Cheers!
For now, I'm off to the mountains this weekend to chase waterfalls. And swim in rivers if the rain and storms hold off. I also love ancient forests! 🌲🌳⛈️
Now that's one way to make me jealous. 😆
Seriously though, this sounds like an excellent trip, I hope you have a wonderful time chasing rivers and waterfalls and braving those storms!
Fingers crossed I'll be in better shape soon so that I can visit the mountains and the woods again myself next weekend. ⛰️🌳🥾
As for that specific build, I've been working on a special subterranean temple in Selvadorada (the 64x64 museum lot) which in my modern save is partially ruin, partially military base, but for my historical save I'm in the process of reverting it to it's original state. Basically, I have to complete the part that's NOT subterranean. I'll focus on that one after I've uploaded the fairy mound. It'll be a mix of ancient Mayan and Cambodian structures. Mayodian? Cambayan? Anyways, we all need ancient temples!

...And I'm back. I look forward to your Mayodian structure. 😁 Sounds awesome! That giant lot needs a worthy build! Plus, it will be nice to redo Selvadorada. I'll have to go shopping for some other builds for the smaller lots.
I'll cross fingers and toes that you get your mountain trip. It's such a soul-cleansing experience to be (willfully) lost in nature for a little while.

LiELFIt took some digging to find your response! I only noticed it today. I'm not very good at this... I decided to at @ you just in case.
I agree, Selvadorada could do with a total lot revamp! I began rebuilding historical (friendly) worlds - including Selvadorada- when Horse Ranch was released. It'll be Omiscan treehuts, temples and jungle camps all over. I had to create the big temple from scratch after all, as the positioning of the "main feature" didn't suit the new layout whatsoever. I think it works better now.
Here's a WIP of the shell, which is heavily inspired by the likes of Chizen Iza but with trees growing over the walls like in Cambodia's Lost City. I try not to overdo it with the trees though as it has to remain playable. It's a relatively big project too- it'll take me a wee minute to complete this one.
I hope you had a wonderful (soul cleansing) time in the ancient forest! Luckily I'm able to walk properly again, and although the mountains will have to wait for a couple of days, I'll be sure to visit the woods at some point this weekend. The legs are getting restless!
