Body hair, can it be turned off?
I REALLY hate the idea of townies getting random body hair. Can it be turned off, or do I have to cas.fulleditmode every single townie I meet?

"Enable Hair Growth" is shown as a toggle per sim in CAS. It looked like it defaulted to off.
Also, hair growth is pack-specific. It will not come in the basegame update.
