I think it's Foxbury that's supposed to be around Willow Creek - hence the lobster mascot. :)

I'm surprised the mascot for Britechester wasn't a llama and Foxbury a Fox
Too on the nose, maybe? And llamas have been done to death (not literally; no llamas were harmed in the making of this post). Time for a change!
And that it is already the mascot for the professional sports team.
