[Bug] Clubs and "Cast Spells" are a very bad mix.

I had to test this after seeing your thread. Oddly enough not a single one of my club members performed any magic the entire time. My sim on the other hand literally spammed spells, producing like 50 new plants and setting random things on fire for no reason (she must really hate her garden). She also overloaded by turning teleport on and off again and again like you said. It was absolute chaos. :p
