• Ability to turn any types of venue into ownable businesses : Bar/Lounge/Karaoke bar, Gym, Nightclub, Spa, Café, Onsen
• Ability to apply Entrance Fees to Pool, Beach, Park, Cemetery
• Ability to combine services : For example Restaurant + Nightclub
• Ability to sell your skills : Lessons or paid services. For example repair service, tattoo artist
• Ability to create new venues : cabaret, theater, amusement park, arcade, hotel, daycare, casino
• Ability to target specific customers : For example sell plasma and teach Vampire Lore skill to vampire customers only
• Ability to work at the residential lot : Perfect for San Myshuno to build apartments (NPC Roommates) with several businesses.
• Ability to get a better pay as an artist : Tips aren't enough to pay the bills ? DJ, Comedian, Musician and Singer could get more by owning their own business. It's very interesting if they are 5-star celebrities.

The only thing missing is maybe a Voodoo witch service using Mischief skill and Voodoo dolls. I will try to make the sims pay for occult services (bite by vampire, curse by spellcasters or transformation).

Globally it unlocks business more like TS2 EP3 Open For Business did (shop, salon, restaurant and entrance fees).

I'm curious to know if Kleptomaniac sims will be able to steal products this time and how Sharing Is Caring NAP will affect these businesses.
