I have this mental image that if you can have a cats and dogs cafe, you will be able to pop down a ticket booth in your home, and then invite people over and charge your NPC friends by the hour to talk to you.
It looks like it depends on the combo of activities icons you can think of.
I love this idea! My romance consultant will be able to act like a real therapist. 😃 Right now I have an "office" in her house where she invites Sims over to "chat" and makes it look like a therapy session, but it's all kind of imaginary. It would be awesome to be able to charge the visitors/clients by the hour.
