I found out that when your sim cleans the canal by clicking on the Nordhaven's fishing sign, sims can swim in it.🤩  I haven't tested out the boating yet?  Also, if you kl Trashy Reelparson, she/he will clone her/himself just like Agnes Crumbottom.😩     One another note, I so love the new pretty lighted Tree & the new lighted fence.😍
