Buying packs and intentionally not using the main feature

Now I don’t buy any packs which I’m not interested in the main feature. Do I don’t have eco lifestyle and snowy escape as the seasons EP is diasabled in my game. I also regret to buy the seasons and parenthood pack. I rarely play big family in game. It’s frustrating so many rain often while visiting community lots a lot in my game. So they don’t fit to my game.
