C Drive full! computer-savvy people HELP ME PLEASE

I want to get Cottage Living and Snowy Escape, but I don't have room. I'm using up about 98 gigabytes of 118 available, but The Sims only takes up 30 gigabytes of that. I know I can't max out the C dr...

All I know is my husband partitioned my hard drive into C and D and that leaves Windows on C and leaves D for downloading Sims and recently he put in another hard drive E that I can also download other things to, therefore leaving C alone to only have Windows on. Not sure if this helps or not, but hopefully it does.
