@SuperSillySim I could probably make a version of it. Would have to be a 64 x 64 lot. Most likely. Of course not "round, but an octagonal version. I would need lots of pictures and diagrams of course. I am a fan of "The Flash" also.

For that fast moving, a Vampire can do that. Though "The Flash" as a vampire would be kinda silly. More of magic-user. Is there any abilities magic-users can get for that "super-speed"?

I love The Flash. I need to rewatch some episodes but I remember it was round.

I think octagonal would be a better choice. It would be a challenge for sure, a lot of angles plus a containment unit (in the basement?) and power plant.

Perhaps occult’s could be the meta humans? ?.
