I loved the Sims 2 pets.
It looks like they've gone kind of stereotypical with the pets. Dogs for walks, cats have yarn. That's a shame. Why can't we walk our cats? They are trainable. Some cats like water, too. I've had several dogs who loved to play with yarn. They would bat the balls across the floor and roll around on their backs with the balls in their paws, then joyfully try to unravel the balls, mostly by tugging on the individual strands and creating a huge mess. :D The dogs who mostly played with yarn were all Maltese, which is a small breed, but I'm sure larger dogs would like to play with it too.
