Can ghost male sims get normal sims pregnant?

You can go into CAS and blend the genes of another sim with the ghost to create kids. The kids come out alive. But I did get a child sim ghost when I cloned the ghost dad and this created a brother for him. I then I aged down the brother to a child.

You're right it would be great to spawn kids that never age. They give a 50/50 chance to get a vampire baby with vampire/human parents. I think they should do the same with ghost.
