Can ghost male sims get normal sims pregnant?
I was just wondering if ghost male sims could get female sims pregnant.

This has been changed with a patch recently. Ghosts that die when the lot is not active now get urns if they die on any kind of a tile, or a tombstone if they die on the grass/landscape. You can go to the household and find the urn/tombstone, and do what you want with it. It is only for Sims that die after the patch, but it was one step of quite necessary death improvement IMO.
