No way you found an actually good nanny! I've been avoiding having all my Sims go to work or school with newborns in the house because they don't get sent to daycare and just sit there with all their needs draining and I've had to have someone leave work early to not lose them. The one time I tried choosing nanny instead while having newborns (twins), Sai took care of the infants and toddlers just fine but for the newborns he would do everything BUT feed them and the end result was the same (except it was hard to get him to leave and as I tried to feed the newborns so they wouldn't be taken he kept getting the way and just cuddling or cooing at them or changing their perfectly clean diapers.....).
