Can I move my saves to another computer?

If you use a share drive or cloud storage (Google Drive) you can share any files to any computer. My friend and I share saves this way. My computer files, tablet and phone are already backed up (synced) to the cloud so when I got my new computer everything was already there in the cloud I was able to just drag and drop the files. I did not have to go buy a flash drive or worry about misplacing it.
