The same issue is happening to me. I Have CC In my game and npc sims are getting all the time JUST Broken cc. It annoy's me alot. I Have tried MCCC But all it does is spam over 500 messages that is not working and crash my game, I Hope there will be a mod, or a update that will fix this :(
