Can male elders get pregnant from alien abduction?

I was putting all my Sims to bed and notice that my grandpa Sim isn't where is should be. I find him in the front yard just as he touches the alien's light and gets abducted. This was not in my plans. Haha. Can elders males get pregnant? I know that elder females can't get pregnant from normal woohoo. But can elders get pregnant from alien abduction? I'll keep the baby if it happens. Im really just curious.
I find it amusing that he just randomly got abducted. That never happens. I always have to use MCCC to force it to happen for storylines. I was looking for something to spice up this game, so if it happens, then sweet. I just don't know if it's even possible.
