If you have different user accounts for each user of the computer then they would have different document folders and therefore different saves, tray, screenshots, mods etc too.
This is good if you want to have different mods or mod settings for children as you can keep all the adult mods etc in your own game, but only install child-friendly ones on their accounts.
It would also mean you don't have to constantly log in and out of EA on different accounts, as each user account should remember their own log-in info.
