Here's how I killed my pregnant sim. I used some cheats and a mod to do it. Also, your pregnant sim must be controlled by you.
First, testingcheats enabled. And install, UI cheats extension by weerbesu (it's on MTS, but it won't let me link it). It may work without the mod but I can't test it.
So!
1. Get your pregnant sim and wait for them to be in labor.
2a. Right click the labor buff to remove it. Tada, no more baby.
2b. Use cheat Sims.remove_all_buffs (I can't test this)
Extra:
You can then use any of these cheats:
1. sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester1
2. sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester2
3. sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_Trimester3
To make a fake pregnant sim. But, it will be able to die! Huzzah!
You can have fake labor
1. sims.add_buff Buff_Pregnancy_InLabor
Technically, this isn't "killing a pregnant sim" directly. It's just working around it.
